I went through the datasheet of all AT25SF parts (4 Mb, 8 Mb, 16 Mb, 32 Mb, 64 Mb, 128 Mb). All datasheets provide AC characteristic value for 2.7V to 3.6V, except 8 Mb datasheet. In the 8 Mb datasheet, AC characteristics are provided for 2.3V to 3.6V and 2.5V to 3.6V. Any specific reason for this? Is it possible to provide values for 2.7V to 3.6V?

The AT25xxx parts are ALL now End of Life and not recommended for new designs. These parts have been principally replaced with the AT25SFxxxB parts. These B parts are on a smaller geometry so we had to restrict the Vcc range a little compared to the non B parts.

Not sure what you are asking for with the AT25SF081 - we guarantee datasheet performance over the stated voltage range for all of our parts so will stand by the datasheet 2.3V- 3.6V performance of a device when it it used with 2.7V < Vcc < 3.6V unless specifically stated.

The B parts come in two voltage ranges and have a different part number suffix to denote this but both parts will still meet datasheet parameters when operating between 2.7V and 3.6V.
