Description
The SLG59M1470V is a 9.8 mΩ 6.0 A single-channel load switch that is able to switch 0.85 to 3.3 V power rails. The product is packaged in an ultra-small 1.5 mm x 2.0 mm package.

- 9.8 mΩ RDSON while supporting 6.0 A
- Power supply: 3.0 V ≤ VDD ≤ 5.25 V
- Input voltage range: 0.85 V ≤ VD ≤ VDD-1.5 V
- Output discharge circuitry
- Sleep mode current (IDDOFF) in low µA range

- AND / OR toggle switches in header: Toggles the logic of this particular filter to be “AND” or “OR” logic for filtering results
- Multiselect checkboxes at beginning of each row in table: Select these checkboxes to compare products against each other
