A highly integrated PMIC with 4 Bucks, 1 LDO & 8 bit ADC in a QFN package

The DA9080 is a five-output configurable PMIC that has four synchronous step down buck regulators and one 200mA LDO. One of Bucks is a capable of up to 5A output current. Robust protection features include undervoltage lockout, overcurrent protection, thermal protection for fault protection features. The DA9080 is offered in a 32-lead QFN package.

Selectable output voltage range for 4 bucks:

  • CH1 Buck: 2.1 V to 3.3 V, 20 mV step, 1.5A
  • CH2 Buck: 1.5 V to 2.6 V, 20 mV step, 1.5A
  • CH3 Buck: 0.9 V to 1.3 V, 5 mV step, 1.5A
  • CH4 Buck: 0.8 V to 1.4 V, 5 mV step, 5.0A


  • VOUT: 3.3 V
  • IOUT: 0.2 A (max)

  • 8-bit SAR ADC
