AT45DB161E-SHFHA-T Change in Lead Frame

Hello,

I would like to check if there's any lead frame change for AT45DB161E-SHFHA-T in between year 2013 and 2021. We observed different lead frame for the same part. 

DC13xx, COO: PH                DC: 21xx, COO: TW
