AT25SF081 AC characteristics for 2.7V to 3.6VPosted by as_36 10 points 0 replies
I went through the datasheet of all AT25SF parts (4 Mb, 8 Mb, 16 Mb, 32 Mb, 64 Mb, 128 Mb). All datasheets provide AC characteristic value for 2.7V to 3.6V, except 8 Mb datasheet. In the 8 Mb datasheet, AC characteristics are provided for 2.3V to 3.6V and 2.5V to 3.6V. Any specific reason for this? Is it possible to provide values for 2.7V to 3.6V?
