DA14531 Smartbond BLE Not Working

I have DA14531-DevelopementKit USB. I was working with the example projects of BLE. I was specifically using the "BLE-APP-Peripheral". Suddenly, the BLE was not advertising. So I tried uploading Blinky code in it, to check whether it was working fine or not, and Blinky was running fine. But when I try uploading any BLE examples - unmodified from the SDK, the kit does not seem to be working.
SDK Versions used: SDK_6.0.14.1114, SDK_6.0.16.1144
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
1. BLE was never seen advertising.
2. I used Keil IDE to program the usb kit. I compiled and uploaded ble_app_barebone using Keil IDE (Ctrl + F5 twice), and I am unable to see the device advertising by using BLE Scanner app. I also used the smart snippets toolbox -> Flash Code to dump the .bin file and there was no change in the output.
3. Yes I am able to run the ble_app_barebone application in debug mode. When I ran the program in debug mode, the code returns to this part:

We are currently looking into this. Meanwhile,can you please provide a photo of your usb kit, clearly showing it's top side (including the dip switch configuration)?

As we are currently unable to replicate your issue, can you please follow the steps below
- Share a photo of the bottom part of the kit, and mention any hardware modifications that you may have done on the kit?
- Download the latest version of the SDK again, extract it to a different location, clean and build the ble_app_peripheral example. Do you get any different results?

- In case that you don’t see the device advertising, please share the .hex file produced after rebuilding the ble_app_peripheral example.
- On my side I am running the attached ble_app_peripheral.hex file without a problem with the usb kit. Can you try downloading it, extracting it, loading it to the USB kit using the Toolbox and see if you are getting any different results?

Hi,
1. PFA the Image you requested as DA14531_Bot.jpg. It was used for an older project, and I have been using the module as is for the past months without issue till now when it suddenly stopped advertising. There is nothing connected to it when I was testing this.
2. I tried uploading ble_app_peripheral from latest downloaded sdk extracted to a new location, NO change in result.
3. I have attached the .hex generated from my pc in the ble_app.zip
4. I uploaded the provided .hex file using smartsnippets toolbox, and no change in result.

Hi Abishekh,
I can confirm that the ble_app_peripheral you shared is working on my side, advertising with no problem. Can you try running the ble_app_peripheral you shared on your side with the debugger attached and share your results? Does the code get stuck anywhere?

Hi,
The module is working when I uploaded my code today and was advertising. I did not do anything different. I could not replicate the issue again by uploading different codes. In the end, we just concluded that there is a problem with the module itself. I will update this thread if I find the cause of this issue.

From the description it is not clear what the issue could be, so could you please provide some more information to help us pinpoint the issue, mainly:
1. You mentioned that suddenly the BLE was not advertising. Does this mean that it was advertising and stopped after a while or did you never see it advertising?
2. Which program are you using to load the code to the usb kit? If you load the program to the usb kit with the ble_app_barebone example using the Keil IDE, are you able to see the device advertising over BLE using a BLE scanner application?
3. Using the Keil IDE are you able to run the ble_app_barebone application in debug mode?
