The SmartBond DA14682 and DA14683 are the world’s first single-chip solutions for Smart Home, Industrial and wearable devices that meets the highest security standards. These highly integrated System-on-Chip (SoC) devices support Bluetooth 5 as well as Bluetooth mesh, and include a range of dedicated features to ensure cutting-edge security for both consumers and developers.

As part of our SmartBond range, both SoCs offer industry-leading performance from the lowest power consumption and smallest footprint. Their flexible architecture ensures plenty of processing capacity when you need it while saving power when you don’t. It also allows the devices to manage multi-sensor arrays and enables always-on sensing.

Both devices offer extensive memory capacity and differ only in their memory configuration. Specifically, the DA14683 supports unlimited external Flash for maximum design flexibility while the DA14682 includes 8 Mbits of onboard Flash, making it ideal for applications with tight space constraints. Both options allow you to benefit from over-the-air updates.

Some trouble about re-creating prod_test_683_00.bin.

I have some trouble when re-creating prod_test_683_00.bin.

I follow the same procedure as your documents. 

In order to re-create the exact source code of the above firmware:

1. Use a clean copy of the DA1468x_DA15xxx_SDK_1.0.12.1078 from the customer portal.

2. Copy the contents of the ‘…\fw_files\DUT\DA1468xDA15xxx\DA1468x_DA15xxx_SDK_1.0.12.1078\’ folder to the default SDK.

3. The Smart Snippets Studio project file of the prod_test_681_01.bin and prod_test_683_00.bin is the ‘plt_fw’ under the folder ‘…\DA1468x_DA15xxx_SDK_1.0.12.1078\projects\dk_apps\reference_designs\plt_fw’. To create each binary, select from the drop down menu the “Release RAM” option for each chip

I can successfully download the plt_fw.bin to 14683 chip, but there didn't get the response through uart after starting the continuous mode from rf_master.

The log is attached:

I have check the UART pins are correct.

I'm using our custom board now. But I have check that the uart connection is correct and  our tx Rx is as the default pin using by the plt_fw.

There is some information may help is that we can succeefully use the prod_test_683.bin.

But it don't know why I can't use the plt_fw.bin

Can you please indicate which UART pins you are using in your design? You could probe the UART pins in order to check the UART activity.
