To facilitate the sharing of Personal Data within Dialog group companies for business purposes, we have an Intra Group Company Data Sharing Agreement (IGDTA), which conforms with applicable laws in relation to data processing and data security.

- We sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose Personal Data we hold to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets.

- We use outsourced service providers to administer certain HR and business functions (e.g. pre-employment screening, customer relationship management, corporate communications)
We will also respond to requests for information where required by to do so by law, or when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, request from a regulator or any other legal process served on us.

You may make a formal request for information we hold about you and request access, rectification, erasure, suppression or portability of the data held. We will consider any request in accordance with Dialog’s legal obligations.
You may make a formal request to rectify information held about you in the event it is inaccurate or incomplete. We will ensure that any relevent third parties are informed of the rectification where it is appropriate to do so.
You may make a request to have information held about you deleted or removed where there is no compelling reason for it’s continued processing. We will consider any such requests. Dialog retains the right to refuse a request for erasure where the data is processed in order to comply with a legal obligation for the performance of a public interest task or exercise of official authority or in the exercise of defence of legal claims.We will ensure that any relevant third parties are informed of the deletion where it is appropriate to do so.
You may make a formal request to block or supress processing of personal data. Where processing is restricted, Dialog is permitted to store the personal data but is restricted from further processing. We will ensure that any relevent third parties are informed of the restriction where it is appropriate to do so. Dialog will also inform the individual when the restriction is lifted.
You may object to the processing of your data. We will cease processing data unless there are demonstrable and compelling legitimate grounds for the processing, which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the individual; or the processing is for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
Where profiling or automated decision making takes place we ensure we have a lawful basis to do so. You are able to access information used for profiling, edit it for accuracy or object to it’s use.
