In building automation there are plenty of use cases for Bluetooth low energy: Cold chain monitoring using lowest power sticker beacons to monitor storage temperature of drugs at pharmaceutical warehouses or monitoring storage conditions of food products Asset tracking within hospitals to track location of essential medical equipment, increasing efficiency and in case of shortage of medical equipment it is of critical importance to know where equipment is.
