Message from CEO

At Dialog we are committed to taking measures to better understand the impact of our business. We are undertaking a complete audit of our business operations; benchmarking, revising policies and setting targets for improvement in all areas of sustainability, including our: environmental impact, supply chain, employee development, community investment and corporate governance.

Our objective is to develop a best-in-class approach to ‘doing business responsibly’ by focusing on industry-specific environmental, social and corporate governance issues. The key to our corporate responsibility initiative is developing partnerships throughout our global value-chain; from raw materials to end-of-life disposal of our products. Together, with the help of our business partners, we will work to reduce our overall environmental impact.

To publicly document our commitment to sustainability we joined the UN Global Compact; the world’s largest initiative for responsible business practices. As a member of the Global Compact, we are committed to 10 principles regarding human and labour rights, the environment and anti-corruption. These principles will help guide our policies and provide a framework for sustainability in the coming years.
